Basic troubleshooting
Close Excel completely and reopen the workbook.
Confirm you are opening the latest deployed version of the add-in.
If you recently updated the add-in, clear the Office add-in cache and reopen Excel.
Ensure your network allows access to the deployed Pi Labs add-in domain.
If the task pane fails to load, note the error message shown in Excel and include it in your support request.
